2025 Shikellamy Youth Football and Cheerleading

Hello and welcome to the 2025 Season for Shikellamy Youth Football and Cheerleading!!

Please be careful when selecting what division to register your child for as each division for football is based off the grade your child will be rising to in the 2025-2026 school year.

For Flag Football your child must be rising to Kindergarten through 2nd Grade to be eligible to play in flag football. All grades above 2nd are not eligible for Flag.

For our B division tackle football your child must be rising to 3rd or 4th Grade to be eligible to play tackle football. All grades below 3rd or above 4th are not eligible for B division.

For our A division tackle football your child must be rising to 5th or 6th Grade to be eligible to play tackle football. All grades below 5th or above 6th are not eligible for A division.

For Cheerleading, our program is open to all students who attend school in the Shikellamy school district and will be rising to Kindergarten through 6th Grade. If your child is not going into Kindergarten yet or is moving to 7th Grade or higher they are not eligible for our cheer program.

*Please make sure to answer the final question in registration asking for the names of all cheer and football players in your household. This year for each additional child in your household they will get 50% off our initial fundraiser of the year per player. However, they MUST be listed on that part of the registration to qualify for the discount. Failure to do that portion forfeits the discount. Discount is only available for other players in the youth program. If you have a player in Middle School or High School they would not be eligible for the discount*

Your registration also includes agreeing to participation in 2 mandatory fundraisers this season. The first one is at the beginning of the season and will require $100 to be raised per player (unless qualifying for multi-child discount). There will be a buyout option if you don't want to fundraise of $100 for this one. Players who do not complete this fundraiser will not receive their jersey for games. The second fundraiser will be a midseason sub sale and will require $50 of subs to be sold or there will be a $30 buyout option per player. There will be no multi child discount for this second fundraiser. Failure to participate in this fundraiser can forfeit your eligibility in the league for the remainder of the season.

Practices for all age groups will begin at the end of July, with some voluntary practices for tackle football beginning earlier. You will receive a gamechanger invitation once registration closes in June.
